| After making affiliate payments in iDevAffiliate, you can use this module to quickly export the payments to Quickbooks. The module provides a .iif file you can import into Quickbooks. |  |
| The default name for the Chart of Accounts is Affiliate Payments. If you've named your account something else, change the Account Name before clicking the Export Payments button. The type of account must be Other Expense so if you already have your affiliate payments account setup and it does not have an account type of Other Expense, change it in QuickBooks before performing your import. | |
| Importing Instructions | |
| 1. | Open QuickBooks and click on File. |
| 2. | Choose Utilities. |
| 3. | Choose Import. |
| 4. | Choose IIF Files. |
| Use the file you saved to your harddrive. You've now imported affiliate payments into QuickBooks! | |

| The above procedure has been tested on QuickBooks Pro 2007. We're sure it will work with other versions of QuickBooks but the import directions may be different. Once you're inside QuickBooks, the ultimate goal is to find the data import function for .iif files. This location may different depending on the version of QuickBooks you have. If you get an error when trying to import, please open a support ticket. We'll try to help as much as we can but since this module is only guaranteed to be compatible with QuickBooks 2007, we might not be able to help. | |
